TECHNICAL INFORMATION:

• The major difference of the metal sheet fbZIP® is the possibility of being manufactured directly on-site in lengths not limited by transportation factors.
• Long sheets without maximum length eliminate overlaps, an important factor for roofs with large rainwater intake or low slope.
• A hidden and sliding metal clip attaches the profile to the metal structure and moves to accommodate the roof's expansions and contractions due to temperature variations.
• The lateral connection between two sheets is made by an electric zip machine, which creates a seam (mechanical connection) along the entire length of the sheets without visible screws that penetrate the metal sheet.
• Without overlaps and without screws penetrating the metal sheet of the roof, the fbZIP® is the ideal technical solution for large industrial and commercial projects.
